Sikich is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing financial management functional and systems analyses, reviews, and reports. Your expertise will help us drive growth and innovation in our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review documents, records, reports, and methods for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Provide financial management functional and systems analyses, reviews, and reports.
  • Develop recommendations for financial management processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Prepare acceptable workpapers, write-ups, and memos.
  • Conduct testing.
  • Report audit findings to supervisor, manager, or partner and make recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions.
  • Draft and submit Prepared by Client (PBC) requests.
  • Apply commonsense understanding to carry out both written and oral instructions.
  • Maintain excellent client relations for the firm.
  • Meet expectations for attendance, punctuality, and company/client deadlines and abide by all company policies.
Requirements
  • Federal work experience required.
  • Accounting Bachelor's degree required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance required.
  • 3-5 years of Financial Management experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate is preferred.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experienced providing various financial management functional and systems analyses, reviews, and reports.
