Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair heavy construction equipment in our shop or at customer job sites
  • Complete jobs at or under manufacturer's published flat rate repair times
  • Plan and complete route maintenance services without supervision
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
  • Work independently and as a team player under pressure
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment
  • Equipment dealership background ideal
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
  • Welding experience
  • Hydraulic & electrical experience
  • Mid-level diagnostic ability
  • Ability to do repairs such as welding, R & R of major components
  • Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments
  • Engine certifications a plus
  • Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
  • Possess a clean and valid Class B driver's license
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
