Position Summary
The role involves welding, cutting, and grinding prefabricated components to assemble large structures, including tanks, vessels, and structural steel.

Compensation
Hourly wages range from $20 to $22, commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven welding experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in reading and utilizing a tape measure
- Capable of interpreting blueprints
- Willingness to work overtime
- Skilled in using hand tools

Additional Requirements
Applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, background check, physical examination, customer security check, and E-Verify process. Attendance is crucial; candidates must be available as scheduled and demonstrate effective time management skills. Strong communication skills are essential for understanding and following directions.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- See clearly, with or without correction
- Reach, handle, and grasp tools
- Bend, crouch, and work in confined spaces
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
