We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Ace Associate. This role will be based in our state-of-the-art facility, where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and customers.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This position encompasses three stores in one building: the Convenience store, the ACE store, and the Feed Warehouse. You will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and timely service to all customers who shop the store.

Essential Duties:

  • Loading feed and merchandise in customer vehicles.
  • Point of sale and cash handling experience
  • Customer Service, answering telephone calls and questions.
  • Filling LP bottles and vehicles.
  • Receiving merchandise and unloading trucks using a hand dolly, forklift, or pallet jack as needed.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean working environment.
  • Performing light maintenance to the building and surrounding areas as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Farm/Ag background desirable.
  • Prior forklift experience desirable but will train.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills required.
  • Prior Retail Experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
  • Cash Handling Experience.
