GenAI Adoption Program
The GenAI Adoption Program is a strategic initiative aimed at supporting the adoption of GenAI across Citi's businesses globally. As a GenAI Adoption Program Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting development teams with scaling up their adoption of GenAI, preparing use cases for presentations to executive management, and working with peers to streamline adoption of GenAI and reduce friction in development teams' deployment in production.

Responsibilities
- Assist development teams with scaling up GenAI adoption
- Prepare use cases for presentations to executive management
- Work with peers to streamline adoption of GenAI and reduce friction in development teams' deployment in production
- Lead the program, including monitoring and maintaining use-case inventory data and lifecycle
- Own relationships with stakeholders across Internal Audit, Risk and Controls, CTO Org, InfoSec, Cross-Border, Privacy, and Fair Lending

Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in program or project management in complex development environments, with a focus on risk management and compliance
- Experience with AI-related implementations
- Global experience in roles in the financial markets/banking/insurance industries or experience in risk-related capacity at a global financial services/insurance institution - Strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Model Risk principles - Preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Risk and Controls mindset

- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
