Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer SME to join our team in support of Federal Government clients. As a ServiceNow Developer SME, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

This position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and coding standards, as well as experience with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification is a plus, as is experience working with Federal Government clients and understanding of their requirements.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborating with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
  • Performing unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools used by Federal Government clients
  • Optimizing application performance and scalability
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members
  • Staying current with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new features
