  • Stay attuned to customer feedback, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop innovative solutions based on customer needs to improve experiences.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least 15 years of direct marketing experience preferably in the retail industry and at least ten years of management experience.
  • Experience in marketing planning, advertising, and direct marketing communications.
  • Experience directing, briefing, and motivating creative teams and reviewing/enhancing marketing materials.
  • Business and marketing acumen with a knowledge and appreciation of the creative product/process.
  • Proven track record in integrated marketing and successful campaign execution.
