- Collaborate cross-functionally to map out customer journeys from awareness to post-purchase, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.
- Develop social media strategies to engage our audience, enhance brand sentiment, and drive sales.
- Manage external communications through public relations campaigns, crisis communication, and cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers as necessary.
- Stay attuned to customer feedback, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Develop innovative solutions based on customer needs to improve experiences.
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 15 years of direct marketing experience preferably in the retail industry and at least ten years of management experience.
- Experience in marketing planning, advertising, and direct marketing communications.
- Experience directing, briefing, and motivating creative teams and reviewing/enhancing marketing materials.
- Business and marketing acumen with a knowledge and appreciation of the creative product/process.
- Proven track record in integrated marketing and successful campaign execution.
