Sales Team Lead

BRANDON HERNDON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our organization. With 73 years of industry leadership, we're committed to excellence and innovation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional care and attention to detail.
- Research new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our organization's success.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
