Job Title: Field Collector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Collector to join our team in Chicago. As a Field Collector, you will be responsible for visiting assigned routes of small business retail locations, collecting accounts receivable, and providing status and issue reports. You will also be responsible for logging and flagging technical or location promotion and marketing issues, checking hardware and software configuration versions, and conducting basic repairs and resolving paper jams in the hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit assigned routes of small business retail locations
  • Collect accounts receivable
  • Provide status and issue reports
  • Log and flag technical or location promotion and marketing issues
  • Check hardware and software configuration versions
  • Conduct basic repairs and resolve paper jams in the hardware
  • Systematically document all daily collection activities
  • Use company's mobile phone application based system to check in/out at the start/end of the shift as well as at every location visited
  • Fill in Location Collection and End of Day/Route reports in the mobile database app, collect and upload the applicable location receipts and other agreed documentation
  • Endorse and deposit all checks and cash as per agreed process rules on a daily basis
  • Count and submit the cash and supporting documentation to the Cash Collection Point Supervisor or Bank at the end of their shift
Requirements:
  • Valid and clean DL and own vehicle
  • Have Conceal Carry Permit
  • 2+ years of cash handling experience
  • Experience in security/military field is a plus
  • Confidence in building and maintaining relationship with business owners and managers at the locations
  • Good numerical and mathematical skills are a must
