Job Summary:

Field services supplier Gladus, LLC is seeking a Field Collector to regularly service vending and coin-operated machines at client locations in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will have cash handling, security/military, or armed route driver experience and be able to build and maintain relationships with business owners and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit assigned routes of small business retail locations
  • Collect assigned accounts receivable
  • Provide status and issue reports
  • Log technical or location promotion and marketing issues
  • Check hardware and software configuration versions
  • Log software update and stock delivery requests
  • Conduct basic repairs/resolving paper jams in the hardware
  • Document daily collection activities
  • Use company's mobile phone application to check in/out and track locations
  • Fill in Location Collection and End of Day/Route reports
  • Endorse/deposit checks and cash
  • Count and submit cash and supporting documentation
Requirements:
  • Valid and clean DL and own vehicle
  • Conceal Carry Permit
  • 2+ years of cash handling experience
  • Security/military experience a plus
  • Confidence in building relationships with business owners and managers
  • Good numerical and mathematical skills
