About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Advanced Healthcare Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supporting medical providers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on patient needs and facility protocols.
- Provide patient care and clinical tasks within your scope of practice and as directed by medical providers.
- Deliver patient and family education to promote health and well-being.
- Triage messages, obtain necessary information from patients, and relay updates to providers in the EHR (EPIC).
- Monitor immunization programs, provide clinical oversight for Medical Assistants, and ensure competency standards are met.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

- Associate degree or four-year degree in Nursing program; North Carolina RN license required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an outpatient setting or public health center required.
