We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Advance Community Health Center. As a Clinical Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the Mission, Value, and Vision of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within specified timeframes.
- Provide patient care and clinical tasks within the RN scope of practice and as directed by medical providers.
- Deliver patient and family education, promoting optimal health outcomes and empowering patients to take control of their care.
- Triage messages, obtain relevant information from patients, and relay it to providers via the electronic health record (EHR).
- Monitor immunization programs, provide clinical oversight for Medical Assistants, and ensure they meet competencies.
- Assist with conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, remaining up-to-date with relevant medical information regarding the served population.
- Serve as a role model for other staff, setting a professional tone for the clinic and demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary by supervisor.
Requirements
- Associate degree or four-year degree in Nursing program; North Carolina RN license required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an outpatient setting or public health center required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail, customer focus, and effective communication abilities.
