About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. As a Field Service Representative, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, building strong relationships through effective listening and negotiation.
Your primary focus will be on achieving assigned revenue goals by identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing pricing actions. You will also ensure that customers receive delivery and service as required, participating in regional and company promotions to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a clean driving record. Previous experience in route delivery or a related field-to-field customer service industry is highly valued. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to pass a successful DOT physical.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve assigned revenue plan by increasing products and categories sold to existing customers and executing pricing actions
- Ensure customers receive delivery and service as required
- Participate in all regional and company promotions
- Increase Revenue per Stop through identifying and closing distribution voids on core products and executing seasonal and LTO promotions
- Deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage station products on each call
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, performing at least one CQC per day
- Execute 'The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell' approach, recapping services provided and presenting business-building initiatives to customers
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of Route Delivery experience in a related B2B customer service field
- Previous foodservice industry experience preferred
- Ability to pass a successful DOT physical and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
