Overview

DPS Group is in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer System Validation Engineer. This role focuses on the validation of IT systems implemented in a continuous manufacturing environment. The engineer will offer expertise in IT systems validation and compliance for newly deployed IT and digital solutions. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Computer System Validation process for IT projects from software installation to operational release.
  • Coordinate with service providers and IT teams to ensure successful software installation and proper configuration.
  • Manage server installations and related system activities, including security settings, administrative configurations, and access permissions.
  • Create and maintain computer system validation documentation in line with site procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Execute test scripts, evaluate test outcomes, and assess results against established criteria.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and implement procedural controls to address issues identified during testing.
  • Initiate and manage Change Control activities in accordance with quality standards and practices, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Prioritize validation tasks in alignment with project timelines.
  • Work in conjunction with global IT and Quality teams.
  • Adhere to all relevant Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols and assist in incident investigations as necessary.
  • Review and approve vendor-supplied computer system validation documentation.
