Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures at Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc. This position will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Design and develop new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to manufacturing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
