Position Overview:

As a Planning Engineer, you will have the chance to conduct power system analysis studies that facilitate the generation interconnection process. You will engage with interconnection customers and transmission owners, participate in process enhancement initiatives, and manage specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer simulations and technical analyses independently.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one of our study processes.
  • Prepare and present relevant communications and data to our clients.
  • Contribute meaningfully to our already high-performing team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology.

While prior experience in the energy sector or familiarity with PSSE MUST and TARA is advantageous, we are willing to provide training for the right individual.
