Key Responsibilities:

  • Recipe Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized recipes to guarantee uniformity in production.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage the cost of goods sold within the Pastry Department.
  • Workplace Culture: Foster a positive and productive atmosphere within the pastry team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in various baking disciplines.
