Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at StoneSprings Hospital Center. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients and their families during this special time.
About the RoleAs a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting all aspects of patient care. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide efficient, effective, and quality healthcare to our patients. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess and plan patient care to meet individual needs
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Document patient care and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality care
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel and provide required supervision
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience and hold a current Registered Nurse license. You will also need to obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment start date, Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 60 months of employment start date, and Neonate Resuscitation within 90 days of employment start date.
