Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with complex machinery and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and conduct regular maintenance on facilities and equipment to improve reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime.
  • Install and Upgrade Equipment: Install new facility and production equipment according to schedule and assist in making the new equipment perform to its intended purpose.
  • Develop and Implement Improvements: Recommend and implement improvements to facilities and equipment to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Complete Administrative Tasks: Document repairs, preventive maintenance, parts requests, and project work to ensure proper communication of needs.
Requirements
  • Industrial Maintenance Experience: 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with primary strength in electrical.
  • Complex Automated Systems: Proven experience with troubleshooting and repair of AC/DC motors/drives, electrical/electronic control systems, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to read schematics and ladder logic/control diagrams, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
