This is a part-time opportunity for a Host/Hostess to join our team at Prado, a critically acclaimed restaurant located within the Montelucia Resort & Spa. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and seat them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor dining areas to ensure exceptional service, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Assist servers as needed to maintain high standards of service.
  • Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior host experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 10lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Alcohol training certification (TABC/TIPS).
