Position Overview:
- Address moderate to complex inquiries from clients, accounts, and agents
- Deliver product knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve client concerns related to claims, policies, and billing matters
Primary Responsibilities:
- Address routine, complex, and unique inquiries/issues
- Ensure client satisfaction across all interactions
- Practice active listening to understand client issues and show empathy
- Process requests and modifications to client policies
- Clarify claims submission processes and requirements
- Employ critical thinking to identify interaction trends for the Leadership Team
- Comply with regulatory standards
- Document all client interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
Essential Skills:
- Insurance industry experience is advantageous
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations
