The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and solid knowledge of basic mechanic's tools, service, and diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical and control scopes.
  • Communicate with customers to identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Assemble mechanical parts per specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment functionality problems.
  • Maintain detailed work logs, repair records, and submit daily reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of job sites and company vehicles.
  • Perform assessments to prevent equipment inefficiencies.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure safety and quality of work.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Cooling Towers and Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers.
  • Electrical and Controls: Drawing wiring diagrams, quality control inspections, system data analysis, equipment calibration, and electrical upgrades.
  • Mechanical: Servicing drive trains, metal refinishing, heat transfer fill media, preventative maintenance, and filtration systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, job site safety, and tool management.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Base Pay:
