Job Description:
At Sandhills Global, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of video production, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results for our clients. As a Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for managing pre-production planning, on-set operations, and post-production editing. Your expertise in AV equipment operation, including cameras, lighting, sound equipment, and editing software, is essential for delivering exceptional video content.

In this role, you will work closely with our creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with our brand guidelines. Your ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production is crucial for continuous improvement and skill development. As a key member of our team, you will also travel to shoot locations as necessary and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.

To succeed in this position, you will need:
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Proven experience in video production, set management, AV equipment operation, and post-production editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video production work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible and open to change.
• Stable and progressive work history.
• Results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and communicate within a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and set up video equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver equipment for short distances weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.
• In-office position with a regular 4.5-day workweek.
