Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers in a timely manner
- Collecting customer and vehicle details
- Accurately documenting all vehicle issues as described by the customer
- Assessing and recommending necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Preparing a detailed and precise estimate of labor and parts costs
- Setting follow-up appointments
- Tracking the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keeping customers informed
- Ensuring that the final invoice matches the work completed on the repair order
- Clarifying all completed services and charges to customers

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service advisory role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual
- Positive demeanor
- Team-oriented
- Sales experience is advantageous
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) focused
