Primary Duties:

  • Food Assembly: Prepare ingredients, cook, and construct dishes based on standardized recipes and portion sizes. Ensure that all food products meet high quality and consistency standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Keep a well-organized and efficient workspace. Adhere to proper storage and labeling protocols for all food items.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen.
  • Stock Control: Assist in managing inventory, including receiving shipments, inspecting product quality, and overseeing stock levels.
