Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing creative processes, collaborating with creative teams.
  • Strong ability to manage the intricacies of multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities while ensuring high-quality and precise work.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing and direct response strategies, encompassing direct mail, email, web, and app marketing.
  • A strong inclination towards utilizing data, metrics, and insights to drive outcomes and transform learnings into actionable marketing strategies.
  • An inquisitive mindset, eager to explore consumer attitudes, behaviors, and trends to derive marketing implications.
Exceptional communication skills with outstanding writing, editing, and presentation capabilities.

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA.
  • Minimum of 3 years in financial services marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct response marketing, brand marketing, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Over 2 years of experience presenting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Brand representative for a designated product, independently driving strategic brand marketing objectives.
  • Lead the strategic brand development of ongoing and new acquisition campaigns and testing initiatives for the Auto sector.
  • Create comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate closely with creative partners to realize business intentions through engaging marketing channel deliverables.
  • Act as a primary liaison and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Creative, Legal, etc.
  • Work with analysts to comprehend overall business performance and leverage analysis to uncover new opportunities and enhance marketing testing strategies related to creative and audience segmentation.
  • Integrate research insights, marketing trends, competitive landscape, and macro external factors to formulate new strategic recommendations aimed at improving results and brand impact, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Articulate consistent and compelling narratives about our products and services while advocating for our brand and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Facilitate the creative to execution process, gaining a thorough understanding of the specific executional systems, processes, and procedures pertinent to our channels.
  • Influence internal decision-makers through formal recommendations and informal networking, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Act as a steward for well-managed processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
