Role of the Animal Care and Feed Specialist:

We are in search of a proactive and organized Animal Care and Feed Specialist to join our team. This role emphasizes delivering superior customer service while managing various tasks such as inventory management, stocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining product displays.

Daily responsibilities may include providing prompt and courteous service to customers, efficiently unloading delivery trucks, and accurately handling merchandise, whether assisting customers or restocking the sales floor.


Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctuality and a positive demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer solutions
  • Capability to engage with a diverse range of individuals

Experience:

Previous roles in retail, such as cashier, sales associate, or warehouse worker, are advantageous. Experience with retail brands is also beneficial.


Work Schedule:

As an employee-owned establishment, our stores operate from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sundays. Hours may vary based on workload and specific assignments.
