The Warehouse Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of marketing strategies and operational efficiency at The Greater Houston Retailers Cooperative Association (GHRA). This position oversees administrative tasks, marketing activities, and promotional materials to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to maintain and update Planograms (POGs) and coordinate promotional materials.
  • Design and create advertising materials, including monthly magazines, weekly newsletters, app ads, in-house advertising, and social media content.
  • Manage printing and distribution of promotional materials in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Coordinate the execution of promo endcaps and communicate promo pricing to internal teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Category Management Team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support, preferably in a warehouse or retail setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional light travel.
  • Prolonged periods working at a computer.
