Job Overview:

This role offers an excellent chance for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our business operations by optimizing software and hardware devices. As a NetSuite Administrator, you'll manage day-to-day operations, customize ERP fields, troubleshoot scripts, and develop custom reports to enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user management, security roles, access permissions, and system configurations in NetSuite systems
  • Customize ERP fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and test custom scripts, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality
  • Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data maintenance activities
  • Work with third-party support to implement upgrades and systems maintenance
  • Create documentation to enhance user proficiency and system utilization
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across systems
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Provide Level I technical support and troubleshooting assistance for employees
  • Aid in setting up workstations and telecom needs for employees and diagnose/resolve user software and hardware inquiries/incidents
  • Ensure user compliance with best practices and company policies for systems use

Requirements:

  • Able to treat each request with a customer service focus
  • 2+ years of NetSuite administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related experience with ERP or company-wide software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on-site at our Baltimore location

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
