Job Description

At Crucial Link Group, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform receiving, 1st piece, and in-process inspections to verify that materials meet customer-supplied blueprints.
  • Document and maintain records of quality control activities.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain acceptable quality levels.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of shop mathematics, trigonometry, and computers.
  • Proficiency with measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Regularly required to talk and listen.
