Job Overview

Lil' Kickers of Marlborough is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our youth sports programs. As a Youth Sports Lead, you will be responsible for engaging with young athletes in both instructional and recreational settings.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, creativity, and the ability to create a safe and fun atmosphere for children of all ages. The ideal candidate should possess a flexible schedule and be willing to work hard to provide an exceptional experience for our participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-energy sports instruction and entertainment to young athletes and party guests.
  • Create and adapt curricula to accommodate the needs of our participants.
  • Set up, break down, and maintain equipment and spaces used for activities.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
