Job Summary

As a Multi-Store Manager at Jackson Hewitt, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our tax preparation services. This position requires a strong leader who can manage multiple store locations, oversee staff performance, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers and landlords to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees in handling complex problems and resolving customer complaints.
  • Manage daily reports and processing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a retail or service industry.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and tax preparation software.
  • Previous tax preparation experience and possession of a PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required.
