Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is a leading provider of home health services in the Wichita, KS area. We are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN in our home health setting, you will be responsible for making regular visits to our clients to manage their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities
