Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at The Place for Children with Autism. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in shaping the developmental journey of our clients and empowering their families to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a small caseload of clients, providing individualized treatment programs that drive continuous improvement and success.
- Conduct assessments, maintain meticulous client notes and data, and evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
- Provide crucial supervision and training to our clinical staff and families, empowering them to support our mission.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients, and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification and State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Clinical setting experience strongly preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $83,000 - $95,000+ including base salary and Quarterly Clinical Quality Bonus potential.
- Sign-On Bonus: up to $7,500.00 depending on location.
