Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Support Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the setup, configuration, and specialized assistance related to ECRS' E-Commerce platforms. This position ensures that customers receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the onboarding, installation, and configuration of ECRS' E-Commerce platforms for both new and existing clients.
  • Address basic inquiries from ECRS customers regarding the functionality of the E-Commerce platform.
  • Engage in paid consulting services for the installation and enhancement of ECRS' E-Commerce platforms.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service as the primary contact for retailers utilizing ECRS' E-Commerce solutions.
  • Act as an advocate for retailer needs, communicating with the Business Unit Manager and Product Escalation Manager as required.
  • Assist in the development of internal and external documentation in collaboration with the ECRS Knowledge Resources Team.
  • Comply with established best practices, policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and technical documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, customer service, or retail operations.
  • Fundamental knowledge in one or more areas including installation, operation, testing, planning, and configuration of relevant technologies.
  • Basic understanding of retail environments and operational processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in hardware, as well as Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for root cause analysis.
  • Ability to learn, utilize, and troubleshoot retail software and associated hardware.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
