Responsibilities:

  • Follow established cleaning guidelines and protocols to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility.
  • Clean and disinfect resident apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms, as well as common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and restock soap and paper products in common areas as needed.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work every other weekend and flexible scheduling as needed.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments.
