The Temple Frederick, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, is seeking a qualified Barbering Instructor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced educator to teach and mentor our future professionals in the art of barbering. As a Barbering Instructor, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional learning experience for our students, while also maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and curriculum to meet the needs of our students
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to ensure they meet the program's learning objectives
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and productivity
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective

Requirements:

  • Previous education and barbering experience, preferably in a school setting
  • Current Maryland barbering license
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Paul Mitchell products and systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to excellence
