Role Responsibilities:

The Clinic Floor Educator is responsible for overseeing all clinic floor operations, sales, and communication with various leaders within the school. This role is sales-oriented and requires a comprehensive understanding of Paul Mitchell hair care products, Pro Tools™, and skin and nail care items. The primary goal is to achieve or surpass service and sales targets by guiding students and Learning Leaders in effective sales techniques. The educator ensures that all team members are managing their assigned areas effectively and that every guest receives a complete service experience.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess prior successful experience in a Professional Beauty Salon or have educational experience within the Beauty Industry. They must be self-driven to establish, meet, and exceed objectives while also inspiring and coaching team members in all aspects of clinic floor operations, including up-selling, rebooking, and customer service protocols. This position demands proficiency in effective communication, customer service resolution, teamwork, and product sales.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching at a cosmetology school, salon, or barber school.
  • Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail instructor license.
  • Strong organizational, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Competence in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
  • Solid work history with verifiable references.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Availability to work various evenings, specifically Monday through Thursday, with a minimum of two nights per week. Evening hours are from 4:30 PM to 10 PM.
