Electrical Project Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a consistent vision and message for project management teams
  • Assist in tracking workforce productivity and projections
  • Lead on-site field meetings and set expectations for on-site leadership
  • Cultivate a strong safety culture and promote regular attendance
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and workforce superintendents
  • Understand and comply with the company's code of business conduct and ethics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in adult learning, training, process improvement, and/or procurement roles, including leadership roles
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior-level field management roles within the electrical construction industry
  • Prior experience working within the utilities and/or electrical construction industry
  • Strong financial knowledge within the electrical industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification from an accredited electrical trade school institution
  • Colorado Journeyman Electrical License
Desirable Skills:
  • Maintain OSHA 10/30 qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam Studio, and Teams
  • Solid knowledge of construction management techniques
  • Excellent planning proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of workforce productivity
  • Proven decision-making and planning skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver instructions on how to build and maintain a construction schedule
  • Personal dedication to safety culture
  • Strong financial knowledge
