As a vital member of our community, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living, the largest continuing care retirement community in the United States.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity and respect.


Your contributions will include:
1. Addressing the physical, emotional, spiritual, and clinical needs of residents.
2. Assisting residents with daily living activities to promote independence and comfort.
3. Implementing personalized care plans that focus on each resident's strengths and preferences, fostering a sense of belonging and companionship.
4. Engaging residents in activities and programs that enhance their well-being.
5. Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure timely and effective care for all residents.

Starting at $20 per hour, with salary based on experience.

Qualifications:
1. Current GNA Certification for the State of Maryland.
2. Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
3. Preferred 1-2 years of relevant experience.
4. High School diploma or GED required.
