Position Overview

Job Summary:
A reputable hotel is in search of a reliable and meticulous individual to become part of our team as a Housekeeping Associate. This full-time role is essential in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine and thorough cleaning duties in guest accommodations, communal spaces, and service areas in accordance with company standards.
  • Change and refresh bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries and snacks in guest rooms.
  • Report maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant department.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is necessary.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other requests as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
