Education Sales Representative

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Robolink. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by targeting key education decision makers and providing solutions that accelerate student success toward district initiatives.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in technology or educational sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. You will possess strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, with experience presenting to customers. Additionally, you will have proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google office suite, as well as knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Responsibilities
• Target new/existing customer base to drive new product sales, aligned to marketing and regional sales strategies
• Cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new sales to exceed revenue targets
• Conduct webinars, sales presentations, and perform calls and emails necessary to develop a strong relationship with prospects
• Follow sales cycle from inception to close and implementation
• Effectively maintain and grow knowledge of accounts, Robolink offerings, and key trends in education to develop credibility amongst customers and internal colleagues
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in technology/educational sales or 2+ years in education with demonstrated capabilities to transition into an education sales role
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google office suite
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, with experience presenting to customers
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
$75,000 estimated annual salary, plus 10 days vacation PTO per service year, company-paid holidays, medical healthcare coverage, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
