Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and generating new business in the personal lines insurance sector.

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for identifying potential clients, educating them on insurance products, and providing personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients to introduce personal lines insurance products. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and handling claims assistance. Regularly review and update clients' insurance portfolios to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid insurance producer license in the state of operation.
  • Three years of proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in personal lines.
  • Strong understanding of personal insurance products and coverage options.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using insurance agency management software and CRM systems.
