    • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
    • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
    • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Provide education and support to patients on medication management, disease state management, and other health-related topics.
  • Stay Current with Industry Developments
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, including new medications, technologies, and best practices.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
