Job Title: Construction Project Scheduler

Connico is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating construction projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including researching material availability and labor practices, developing activity durations, and assessing global project variables.
  • Assist in maintaining schedule databases and scheduling software, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for staff.
  • Manage or assist in managing project teams to complete Connico deliverables, including constructability reviews, project controls, and planning projects.
  • Participate in project teams to complete Connico deliverables, including estimating and quality management reviews.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables working with detailed design and planning-level documents.
  • Lead or assist in leading internal teams to achieve project goals, including on-time delivery of deliverables and producing reports that meet Connico's high standards.
  • Assist in coordinating quality management reviews for Connico deliverables and lead reviews of individual quality elements.
  • Develop and mentor others on technical and non-technical topics, sharing knowledge through the company.
  • Maintain client relationships and assist in maintaining client relationships through regular client interface.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering/technology, civil engineering, or a related field or equivalent knowledge.
  • Project Management (PMP), PMI-SP (Scheduling), PSP (Scheduling), P.E., or CCM certification.
  • 5+ years of construction scheduling experience in related market segments; aviation experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of ON-SITE construction-related experience is required; on-site airfield experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software programs, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Primavera OPC.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
