- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 4 years' experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, or relevant area.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Competitive Salary: $90,000.00-$180,000.00 per year.
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
