The Trophy Bar is a unique sports bar atmosphere that offers a fun and family-friendly environment. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, managing cash and credit transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and check IDs to confirm legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain proper cash/credit card handling procedures
- Exemplify The Trophy Bar's vision and values
- Maintain safety and sanitation practices
- Food and Beverage menu knowledge
- Able to work well under pressure and still smile
- Warm personality, attentive, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- A Team Player
- Decent knowledge of sports
- 2+3 years of Bartender experience required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Accountable and resilient
- Knowledge of basic cocktails
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
