Mixology Expert

We are seeking an experienced Bartender-PT to join our team at Flamingo Paradise LLC.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Upsell drinks and promote our signature cocktails to increase revenue.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and entertaining experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending experience in a casino or similar hospitality environment preferred.
• Possess a valid Non-Gaming card, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Clark County Health Card.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
