About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Muncie Campus. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care to acutely ill patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum of six months to one year of related work experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
