In the role of Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for executing tasks in a secure manner, employing all necessary safety gear, and fulfilling all safety certification obligations. Collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager, you will design, organize, and perform technical reliability assessments and analyses to uphold equipment dependability. Your responsibilities will include investigating and interpreting factors that influence processes and assets, compiling detailed reports, and proposing corrective actions to achieve acceptable reliability benchmarks.

Furthermore, you will establish, monitor, and maintain reliability databases and documentation, offer technical assistance on reliability challenges to plant engineering, and engage in engineering initiatives that bolster equipment reliability. You will also spearhead Root Cause Failure Analysis and Reliability Maintenance, which encompasses preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, while educating staff on the significance of maintenance reliability to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and legal standards.
